Wine Country

Covered in detail in my journal. Highlights:

- discussing with Matt, Lauren, and Jason what we think our friends and coworkers back home might think of this pilgrimage

- so many grape vines with heavy, deep purple bunches of Tempranillo (most likely) grapes as we walked through the Rioja wine country

- eating fresh grapes right off the vine

- eating raisins off the vine and teaching Matt where raisins come from

- eating fresh fig right off the tree

- Matt “preaching”

- swimming in the irrigation channel

- baptisms and prayer circle

- wine in the town square followed by full on outdoor concert and dance party

Another day of spiritual enrichment and carefree fun. Heart full.
